Our rebate real estate team can also help with buying re-sale homes. Our structure for this process is a little different, and it all depends on how many homes you need to go see. If you are able to check out your new home at an open house or need only two or three showings, we can still share half of our commission after closing. If you need to see more houses, we will adjust the percentage of our rebate depending on the number of showings needed.
