Business Details
Father Angelos Sarkis was born on May 23rd, 1960. He was raised in Tanta, Egypt, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting in 1982. Fr. Angelos also received a Bachelor in Theology at the Clerical College in Cairo, Egypt in 1993.
He was ordained a Presbyter by His Grace Bishop Paula, on March 3rd, 1995, over St. George Cathedral in Tanta, Egypt. He served in Tanta for 8 years as a priest, after which he was chosen by His Holiness Pope Shenouda III to serve the congregation of St. George church in Seattle, WA on April 15th, 2003. Fr. Angelos was elevated to Hegumen on October 10, 2018 by the hands of His Holiness Pope Tawadros II.
