DavisKelly LLP is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). We are certified as a minority-owned business enterprise through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Supplier Diversity Office and the U.S. Small Business Administration. This certification has enabled us to serve clients with local, state and federal government contracts as well as companies and organizations that understand that corporate responsibility includes efforts to help build economic development through supporting minority business enterprises. Providing quality service is critical. It's our policy to promote a culture of quality that is pervasive throughout our operations through the development of a system of quality control. Firm management, under the direction of the managing partner, assumes responsibility for the Firm’s system of quality control and design the system (a) to emphasize the importance of performing work that complies with professional standards and regulatory and legal requirements and (b) to issue reports that are appropriate in the circumstances. Managing Partner, Randall S. Davis, was the quality control partner of a regional CPA firm and as such saw the firm through several AICPA required Peer Reviews that all resulted in a review rating of "pass". In maintaining a culture of quality, the Firm will emphasize the importance of ethics and integrity in every decision that personnel make.
