Founder and CEO of Habitation Realty, Chris was determined to create a brokerage that would redefine the way agents and clients look at real estate and provide a luxurious experience for both parties. He is a firm believer that real estate is more than a transaction—it’s about relationships.

His entrepreneurial and philanthropic spirit coupled with his work ethic has earned him the coveted Houston Association of Realtors 20 Rising Stars Under 40 Award. He has also been named Modern Luxury Houston’s Top Real Estate Professional from 2011-2016. In addition to his accolades, Chris has made several TV appearances on HGTV’s “Hidden Potential,” and TLC’s “Flip That House” shot an entire episode on one of Chris’s projects in Houston.
